What I love to hear are these conservatives say her “temper at court” was too much, or may be an issue at her confirmation hearing. Since when have Conservatives gave a d*** about lawyers? Oh, boohoo she got defensive during an oral argument? Cry me a river. I see that most of the claims against her are from cases that she did not try (see most of the claims she is pro-gun control). But come on, you got the most Conservative justice confirmed (Alito) so why not replace a liberal with a liberal, huh? Unless you forgot, a voting majority of this country seems to take a more liberal stance.. only fitting that we should be represented in some way in our judiciary. I personally think she will make a good Justice, it might take her a while to find her place. But remember, she is one of nine, so she doesn’t get to call all the shots, much though it sounds like she does.

Further, don’t forget George H.W. Bush nominated her first, followed by Clinton, and each time she was confirmed with a Congress controlled by the opposing party. Save the slander. Just out of curiosity, who would be a better choice?
